2023 has been quite challenging, and after experiencing two losses -- two missed miscarriages -- in a single year, it has proven to be the most demanding time of our lives. Our Airbnb business, YouTube channel, happiness, and overall lives seemed to have come to a standstill in the past few months and were put on hold. We've come to realize that sharing our struggles, not only related to our journey to parenthood but also the moments in between, helps us lean on each other in this community we've created. As we are slowly healing and emerging from the fog, our hope is that by sharing our experiences, we can offer support to those who are watching. It's okay; you're not alone.

New to our channel? Well, hi there! We're Kristen and Michael, a couple embarking on a wild adventure of transforming our dream desert home into a short-term rental biz!
As crazy as it sounds, we decided to ditch our beloved Los Angeles (which we called home for 7 years) and chase our wildest dreams of owning a piece of land in California. And guess what? We did it!
