Williams insists it's not radical. But that is one radical design right there. A car that was attracting attention while at the same time becoming a meme for how ugly it was. But I don't think Williams designed it with F1 content creators' feelings in mind nearly 20 years ago.

So why and how did Williams think this would work, and what were the supposed upsides to having a car like this? Let's have ourselves a look.
