Topaz Video AI, Sharpen Number Plate details in DashCam footage
Repair Noisy Dashcam footage with Topaz Video AI and Final Cut Pro to correct the Fish eye effect
Recently I installed a dashcam in my Jaguar XKR. Since Dashcam footage is heavily compressed even the 4K resolution still shows noise and grain.
I believe Topaz Video AI will correct the noise as well as upscaling to 8K so that the image will hav twice the pixels when the resolution is brought back to 4k in Final Cut Pro.
I’ll show you the best settings for Topaz to upscale and remove the noise and then transfer the result to Final Cut Pro to correct the lens distortion and even rescue more noise if you want an even better result.
