It's straight up no nonsense electro business on this well designed seventh EP from Russia's Electro Music Coaltion. Neonicle is at the buttons with 'Signal' racing straight off through the cosmos on nice tight, taught drums and hits. Julia Marks features on 'Scientist' and deadpans some vocals over scurrying synths and tinny hits. 'Urban Shaman' then gets more dark and dirty, with haunting and eerie pads and racing grooves. The same shadowy nature looms over 'Hypno,' but for the finale, 'Chevy On Mountains' brings rays of hoped light to a final icy electro weapon.[Source : Juno]
Neonicle
Alexander Galyantchak. Alexander was born in St. Petersburg in 1986. Since childhood, and through the years, he tries to understand, accumulates knowledge and sharpens his skills in musical school and academy. Electronic sound has always excited his imagination, and finally he made his first creative attempts on an old home computer.
Time passed, his potential growed and finally bursted into electro project ‘Neonicle’, with live PAs and many thrilling tracks. Also he’s ideologist and administrator of one and only respected russian electro music site - www.electro-lovers.com
