Due to problems with heat and electricity in Ukraine, the authorities began to open "Invincibility Points". As reported, 4,000 outlets have already been opened. "Points of invincibility" are tents or rooms with electricity, mobile communications and the Internet. In addition, the rooms are warm, there is water and first aid kits. Points work free of charge and around the clock. According to the latest data, not all points work stably.
