Russian troops fired an Iskander missile at a Ukrainian SBU building in Dnepropetrovsk on July 28. As a result of the missile strike, the building of the regional department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the city of Dnepropetrovsk was partially destroyed. The head of the Ukrainian regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported three victims, he also urged Ukrainians to maintain "informational silence."
