Believe it or not, less than 90 days ago, I was an introvert who was shy on camera and struggling to get views on my videos. But now, things have taken a fantastic turn!

In the past 30 days of being a monetized YouTube creator, I've gained:
Around 14,000 views
955 watch hours
Over 300 new subscribers
I even earned about $100 from YouTube AdSense during this time!
→ What's Been Working for Me
→ Publishing consistently
I started by posting 2-3 videos per week
Now, I've figured out that one video per week works best for my schedule
Be realistic with your time and create a content plan that suits your lifestyle
→ Finding "outlier videos"
These are videos from other creators in my niche that have performed exceptionally well
Use tools like one of 10 and view stats to discover viral topics
Create your own unique content around these topics
→ Using AI to generate video ideas
When one of my videos goes viral, I grab the transcript and feed it into an AI tool like Claude or ChatGPT
The AI gives me new, exciting video ideas based on that successful content
It's like having an endless supply of creative inspiration!
→Extra Income and Future Plans
In addition to the AdSense earnings, I've made an extra $250 from affiliate links in my video descriptions.
→ I have plans to build a paid community to:
Help other creators grow their channels
Teach how to use AI effectively for content creation
Provide live Q&A sessions and share my knowledge
The Biggest Lesson I've Learned
Consistency is key.
As long as you don't quit, you will see success on YouTube or any other business model you pursue
