The most common reason your low back hurts is from sitting with your pelvic tilted back too much. This tends to cause low back pain not only with sitting, but also as you try to get up after sitting for hours. Other common causes of low back pain include tight hip flexors from prolonged sitting or strenuous leg workouts. And twisting to one side as we lift. So, in this video I show you what you’re likely doing that’s causing pelvic or lumbar pain… and I show you what to do instead.
