DELICIOUS BRIZOLI for lunch, very tender, juicy and satisfying. Breezes are prepared from the most affordable products. They are amazingly delicious, even in the cold version. The ingredients in the filling can be changed at your discretion.
FILLING:
any minced meat-400 gr. + onion-1 pc., cut finely or twist with meat + salt, spices,
herbs-to your taste, mix everything. Minced meat is ready
tomato - 1 pc.
cheese - 50-100 gr.
SAUCE: mix sour cream -1 tablespoon, ketchup or tomato sauce -1 tablespoon and a little cheese-50 gr.
FOR PANCAKES-BRISOLA:
egg - 5-6 PCs.
salt to taste
milk at the rate of 1 egg-1 tablespoon of milk
