Elvie Stride Set up, Use and Review
My review of the Elvie Stride. Not my favorite portable on the market. If you have it and it’s working for you, AWESOME!!! I would not usually recommend this as someone’s primary pump if they are exclusively pumping or using it for multiple pumps a day at work. It is a great little, convenient pump for occasionally moving milk to get in quick pumps between feedings or use of another pump. It tends to leave milk behind.

The Elvie Stride is a hands-free, wearable breast pump designed to offer convenience and mobility for breastfeeding mothers. It is a personal pump, meaning it should not be shared among mothers or given to someone else for use. To use the Elvie Stride, begin by ensuring the pump components are clean and sterilized. Assemble the device by connecting the breast shields, valves, and tubing to the pump hub. Position the breast shields over your nipples, ensuring a proper fit for effective suction. Secure the pump within your bra and connect the hub. Use the accompanying app or the control buttons on the hub to start the pumping session, adjusting the suction level for comfort. The Elvie Stride is discreet and quiet, allowing for easy multitasking while expressing milk. After use, disassemble and clean all parts that come into contact with milk, following the manufacturer’s cleaning guidelines.
