MEGATRON gained this form after the first inclusion he was destroyed by SAM WITWICKEY by Sam shoving the ALLSPARK, the creation life of the Transformers, into his Spark chamber and overloading his circuitry with raw power. Then a few years later, the Decepticons planned a resurrection of their mighty LORD MEGATRON. SOUNDWAVE was in outer space in satellite mode, & shot RAVAGE from space down to a military base where the humans were keeping the only known piece of the ALLSPARK left. A shard RAVAGE was able to get the shard and thrn send it with some Decepticons more then 50 fathoms underneath the sea where they were keeping Megatrons remains, at the same time SCALPAL, the Decepticon doctor, had 3 more Cons killed for parts for Mighty MEGATRON. Thus he was born!
