Industrial Electricity training for beginners (Contactor )
A contactor is an electrical switching device that is primarily used to control the flow of electrical power in an electrical circuit. It is designed to handle high-current loads and is commonly used in industrial and commercial applications.
A contactor is built with three main parts: a coil, stationary contacts, and moving contacts. When electricity flows through the coil, it creates a magnetic field that pulls the moving contacts towards the stationary contacts. This connection closes the circuit, allowing electricity to flow through it.
