Our next episode of “Behind the Menu” highlights one of our customers in honor of National Black Business Month. We head down to south Louisiana to visit with “Big Mike” Lewis. Mike began his career in the foodservice industry at Little Caesar’s, and today has two locations of “Big Mike’s” BBQ joints and a line of products in the retail scene. Mike sat down with us to discuss his story and the importance of the local community with his restaurants.
