This is the Old Realms Mod for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, which overhauls the game into a Warhammer Fantasy Battles roleplaying sandbox adventure... thing. It's a of fun and the despite not being finished yet the mod is coming along really well so there's plenty for us to explore. Enjoy
