Baltimore Club Music has been a fixture in the DMV area since the late 1980s. Sarunas Jackson meets up with Blaqstarr, a local Baltimore rapper, producer, and DJ that popularized the Baltimore sound in the early 2000s. He talks about the inspiration and drive behind his music. Rising artists, Bondstreet District and TT The Artist, are carving out their own lane within the city while staying true to the sounds of house music and hip-hop that have made Baltimore Club Music so special.
