• Egg whites 9
• Strawberry emulsion 3 tsp
• Sour cream 1 ½ cups
• Baking powder 3 tsp
• Baking soda ¾ tsp
• Salt ¾ tsp
• Lemon zest ½ tbsp
• Whole milk 1 ½ cups
• All purpose flour 5 cups
Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
