Solve the MIDI Problem of M-Audio Oxygen Pro with AKAI MPC 2 Software
M-Audio Oxygen Pro 61 and AKAI MPC2 Software are products of the same company, inMusicbrands.
So they should work together right out of the box, right? Nope! It is a tragedy. But the factory profile in MPC2 for the M-Audio is plainly a failure as is the MPC profile hard-coded into the M-Audio Oxygen Pro 61.
In this video I show you, how to overcome this.
In a nutshell: the MPC 2 software is a very unique piece of work. It is not very intuitive and its design decisions made me overthink it several times if I really want to work with it. But it is also unique in beat-making. So make sure to have another DAW for you usual stuff and do you beat-making with AKAI's MPC2 Software.
