A New Approach to Marijuana in Washington (SUB: Eng, Bul, Hun, Spa, Rus, Ser, Pol)
The state of Washington voted yes on I-502, an initiative to tax and regulate marijuana. The video advocacy team of the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union traveled to Seattle right after the elections to find out why and how the state opted for the legal regulation of this drug. We have interviewed a couple of professionals and activists who explain us the consequences of this pioneer legislation, with special regard to the possible responses of the federal government.
