Caught on tape: Couple has sex on public beach
A Florida couple was convicted Monday on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior for having sex on a public beach in the Gulf Coast town of Bradenton Beach. Elissa Alvarez, 20, and Jose Caballero, 40, were arrested after onlookers complained that they were engaging in sexual activity in full view of others, including young children. Alvarez and Caballero denied that they were having sex â but it took a jury only 15 minutes of deliberation before convicting them.
