After reading the story of the BBC Panorama journalist Leo Kelion who submitted a Subject Access Request (under Data Protection / GDPR) to see what data Amazon held on him, Paul and Ben discuss the data he got back, the reasons for its capture and what this means for us. Getting an inside into our own Amazon data can be alarming, but so long as our privacy is properly protected we discuss the benefits this can bring to the both customers and the company - and even the planet!
