Repo rate is the rate at which the central bank gives loans to commercial banks against government securities. Reverse repo rate is the interest that RBI pays to banks for the funds that the banks deposit with it. ... Reverse repo rate is when RBI borrows money from banks.
The current repo rate in 2021 is at 4% and the reverse repo rate is at 3.35%.
