Kitbashing pt3: mixing and re-posing Space Marine armour types. Primaris, Horus Heresy, Terminators.
You can't kitbash space marines anymore because they're all monopose. Right!? Of course you can, and this video will show you both how to make mono-pose marines into multi-parts AND which kits will mix together well and which will not.
The two previous video's focused on the quick parts swaps: arms, heads and shoulder pads. But what if you want to swap legs and torsos? The new plastic marines both Primaris and the Horus Heresy kits come with torsos fixed to legs for more dynamic poses. How do I get the legs and chests separate? If I want a MkIII torso on Intercessor legs, there's a trick for that! In this video I show you how to cleanly separate the parts, and test out which kits fit with which. Tartaros torso on Intercessor legs? Indomitus legs with MkIII torso? Custodes torso on Tartaros legs? Let's see what works!
