Skin is the largest organ of the body. And it’s the one place where health or lack of it is visible. Some are -

1. Adult acne - don’t crack derogatory jokes on yourself, don’t scrutinise. Answers are often in sleep, exercise and food.
2. Pigmentation- patches where you don’t want them. Part of it is natural. Flawless complexion changes with age.
3. Under eye - again you will see them with age part of it is natural but it’s made worse with late nights.

Hair thinning, fall & balding -

Confusion - rethinking every morsel you eat is unhealthy for your skin. If it’s something you have been eating since childhood, it’s safe for you.

Conflict - saying one thing, feeling another and doing the third is hard and causes undue stress. Learn to speak your mind and follow your heart.

Caffeine - not eating, extreme restrictions of food and timings means excess coffee, and that reduces iron absorption, Hb levels and ultimately the glow.

Foods for skin and hair -

1. Aliv laddoo - aliv & coconut source of iron & E, your skin will love it. Avoid it on days of heavy flow though.

2. Rice - great for complexion and even better for hair. Rice eating communities often have good hair & skin.

3. Dahi & Chaas - homeset and not mixed with seeds or anything, you can mix spices though. Ending your meals with it allows your body to absorb nutrients better and helps with natural glow.
