High-protein Meal Prep😍💪🏻 In this video I meal prep healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner that get you around 100G + protein per day! All the recipes are easy to make and so delicious!

I’m meal prepping for one day, breakfast lunch & dinner .If you want to prep for 3 days you can just multiply the ingredients by how many days you want to make ☺️

1/2 ounces spinach
2 eggs

2 slices small tomato
1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread
