For lunch - hearty soup with dumplings, as well as a quick dessert of 3 ingredients. And for dinner we will prepare a pancake pie with mushrooms and a juicy salad with cabbage.

water - 3 l
chicken meat - 0.5 kg
potatoes - 300 g
carrots - 1 pc.
onion - 1 pc.
parsley - 1 bunch
salt - 1/2 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper - to taste
bay leaf - 1 pc.
vegetable oil - for frying
Dough for dumplings:
milk - 100 ml
flour - 100 g
eggs - 2 pcs.
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp

3. Coconut cookies 5:01
eggs - 2 pcs.
coconut flakes - 150 g
sugar - 100 g
salt - a pinch

4. Pancake pie with mushrooms 6:36
Ingredients:

milk - 750 ml
flour - 300 g
eggs - 2 pcs.
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
salt - 1/2 tsp
Filling:
champignons - 600 g
cream 10% - 200 ml
onion - 1 pc.
flour - 1 tbsp. l.
salt - to taste

milk - 150 ml
cheese - 50 g
salt - to taste
ground black pepper - to taste

5. Salad with cabbage, cucumbers and peas 10:53
white cabbage - 400 g
green peas - 1 bank
carrots - 200 g
pickled cucumber - 200 g
garlic - 2 cloves
dill - 1 bunch
apple cider vinegar (wine) - 1 tbsp. l.
olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
salt - to taste
