Enjoy this circuit Training that consist of the following:
Front lateral raise
Russian twist
Cross over ski
Plank
Squat
You will do all five exercises for 30 seconds with 10 seconds in between to transition and breathe. Once completed all exercises, you will then do the entire circuit two more time until you have completed three full rounds...
