In this video I show you how to install and setup Composer on your macOS Computer.
Composer is a PHP Dependency Manager that enables you to declare the libraries your project depends on and we use Composer extensively while developing our WordPress Development theme called DevWP.

Using composer as our dependency manager will give us the ability to use packages and tools for Static and Dynamic Analysis like PHP Stan, PHPMD, PHP Psalm, PHP Phan, PHP Insights, PHPUnit, and others that help us ensure our code is secure, optimized and following modern day coding best practices.
