As a UX designer, choosing the correct UX design method will set the tone of your entire design process. I map out a task flow or user flow before doing any actual UX design work. This helps me understand the user journey better. In this video, we'll start off by creating a task flow. I use task flows in order to define the linear sequence of a user journey or user experience for a defined task.
