Unreal Rope Swinging System Tutorial

I wanted to implement a rope swinging system in unreal engine. I used the rope swinging system in start wars fallen order game as a reference for this tutorial. when the character jump into a rope, it will automatically grab the rope and then using the movement keys, player can control the swinging direction and swinging amount. This mechanism can be used to reach further platforms player cannot reach with the usual jumping.
