I recently did a video on how to request a refund from App Store purchases on iOS devices however, due to the high number of questions and requests from viewers I decided to do a Part 2. In this video, I discuss the difference in Fortnite item shop and locker items on IPad and play station 4. I also contacted applecare+ to ask questions in relation to submitting a refund request for purchases made that were not listed in the refund display screen. During this call, I discovered that all refunds are returned to the original purchase method. If any money was spent from and iTunes card the funds are returned to your iTunes account or in other word store credit.
Questions answered:
1. Do you keep all of your skins?
2. How long does it take to receive your refund?
3. Where is the refund/money sent to?
4. Calling Applecare+ after calling I discovered you can only submit requests for refunds one time for Fortnite purchases.
