Vanilla Cake Recipe:

1¾ cups (240g) all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
8 tbsp (1 stick / 115g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 tbsp (45g) vegetable oil
¾ cup (150g) granulated white sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs, at room temperature
½ cup (120g) plain yogurt, at room temperature
½ cup (120g) whole milk, at room temperature
