Taco ingredients
4 chicken thighs
Season with spicy girl liberally
4 Roma tomatoes
8 guajillo chili peppers
Whole head of garlic cloves
2 large shallots
1 Spanish scallion whites and greens
1 carrot
2 tbsp spicy girl

1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Oaxaca cheese as needed
Limes as needed
Cilantro as needed

This mixture however can make up to 16 tacos
