Turn your phone into a Cinema Camera
Blackmagic Design have just released their FREE Camera app for IOS which gives you access to a huge variety of proffessional tools.
This includes things such as:
Full control over your camera's settings and footage.
The option to switch between a variety of ProRes formats as well as color space options from 709 to D65.
Plenty of monitoring tools from focus peaking, false color and zebras.
Stabilisation options, Timecode.
You can also sync with the Blackmagic cloud so your footage can be sent directly to a DaVinci resolve project.
The list goes on!
My favourite features are being able to swtitch between shutter speed and shutter angle as well as being able to shoot horizontal video while holding your phone vertically.
