Scared To Try New Things - Failure and Anxiety
Trust me when I say... I'm scared to try new things. Especially when it's something I'm passionate about.
I have anxiety (rapid thinking in particular), and I can't tell you amount of times I didn't do something because I was afraid. I was afraid of failing, or other people not liking it, or it not working out. What I do know though is that I would be so much farther with achieving my goals if I did the things I was scared to do.
So here I am, shooting this video with a new setup, outside, and adding a new thumbnail to it. Trust me, just typing this out is giving me anxiety, but I'm doing it. I hope that this video inspires you to attack your fears head on so you can grow and learn more about yourself!
