GOOD NEWS THE CREATORS OF THE MOD ARE MAKING A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO INSTALL
IMPORTANT: It seems a lot of people are having trouble installing this mod, so i will try my best to explain it. Before you even download this mod make sure you have winzip downloaded, its free so no worries. Next download the mod and open it up on winzip, then extract the mod into My Documents\My Games\Skyrim. Once you have done that search and locate your skyrimprefs document, and search for "SD3DDevice". An easy way to do it is to hit ctrl-f and type in sd. Ok now once you've done that change the graphics card to the one you have. Then press Ctrl-f again and search for iSize and change the the resolution to your monitor. Make sure not to close the file, next open skyrim but don't press play yet, save and close the document and then start the game, hope it works frendos, if not msg me
PC can't run skyrim on low settings so i resorted to this. It looks a little like tf2

NOTE!!!! REMEMBER YOU WILL HAVE TO GO INTO SkyrimPrefs.ini and Change 'SD3DDevice' to YOUR graphics card.

i found a way to keep it from chaning skyrimprefs, set the folder to read only, that fixed my problems
