So I found it, the first ever Rainbow tape BOW101!
Interesting note, even though the Three Investigators tapes (099 and 100) are numbered lower they were actually recorded the year after the Enid Blyton stories. I guess there was nowhere else to number them once the later tapes were established in the catalogue.
