150 sex offenders to attend mandatory event during trick-or-treating
The Lights Out program requires all registered sex offenders who are on probation to meet at the Taylor County courthouse on Halloween. About 150 sex offenders will stay at the courthouse from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. to ensure there are no interactions with trick-or-treaters.
