International Day of Persons with Disabilities - Dec. 3, 2023 | Awkward Silence | Fire in the Office
To commemorate the 2023 International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which will be held on December 3, we at @fundacionadecco have recorded "Awkward Silence: Fire in the Office", which depicts just another day in a completely normal workplace... until the fire alarm goes off.
Everyone starts running except one person: Aitor. Aitor has a hearing impairment and is extremely focused on the task he is doing, so much so that he has turned off his hearing aid, which is why he continues working oblivious to the emergency situation in the office. Fortunately, his team realises that Aitor has not evacuated the building and his colleague Javier returns for him. Without a doubt, this is an awkward silence that stems from indifference.
