STIR and FCB India win Gold at Cannes Industry Craft Lions 2023
'Untangling the Politics of Hair’, a campaign by FCB India for STIR receives the gold at Cannes Industry Craft Lions 2023. Photographed by Rohit Chawla, and video produced by Onions Creative Media, the evocative campaign sheds light on the pervasive patriarchy present in cultures worldwide. It was inspired by the custodial death of Mahsa Amini, an Iranian woman who was arrested for a strand of hair escaping her hijab.
