This video isn't just about content consumption but any of those things we do that we don't really want to do. I find myself snacking when I don't really want to, buying things I don't need and so on. I also find myself not doing the things I want to do as much as I would like, like drawing and painting, practising meditation and seeing my friends. I've often wondered why it isn't simple to control these behaviours. So I did an experiment - cutting out one of these bad habits for 30 days.
