There’s a few ways to add a Popup Opt-In to your website. One of the many subscription services will do the job quickly and easily but you’ll be paying a monthly sub ongoing. There’s also some excellent premium plugins that will as good a job if you want to spend a few dollars, but you can also do it for free with a couple of plugins form the WordPress Repository.
