TARKA KABAB BIRYANI
Ingredients for Kabab:
Mince ½ kg
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Green chilies 6
Coriander 1 bunch
Mint 1 bunch
Onion 1 cup
Fried onion 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger, garlic 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Ingredients for Biryani:
Boiled rice 270 grams
Tomatoes 250 grams
Yogurt 1 cup
All spices mix 1 tbsp
Onion 250 grams
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Ginger, garlic 2 tsp
Food color as needed
Dried plums 50 grams
Oil ½ cup
Method:
For the kebab, grind the minced onion, red chili, ginger, garlic, egg, cumin and salt in a chopper. Now make long kebabs. In the same pot, add green chilies, green coriander, mint, fried onion, a little salt. Add red chilies and cook and switch off the stove. For Biryani, heat oil and brown onions. Then add tomatoes, mixed hot spices, ground red chilies, salt, turmeric, ground coriander, ginger, garlic and potatoes and fry them. Now add half boiled rice to them. Then add the kebab masala. Mix the yolk color in the yogurt and put it on the kebab masala. Then add the rest of the rice and simmer for half an hour. The tarka kebab biryani is ready.
