I Stopped Eating Gluten Again - Health Update
I never thought I'd be here again, but yes, I stopped eating gluten a couple of months ago. My last gluten free experiment more than three years ago was flawed, and considering that my sister has Celiac Disease and I myself have gluten antibodies, I felt that I owed my body another trial. This time a proper one. Plus, now my baby was suffering from it, too (unfortunately, both gluten and gluten antibodies pass through breastmilk). So here I am, 2 months into my gluten free diet, and feeling like a new woman. Hope you find this interesting, and if you've been experiencing anything similar, I hope my story helps!
