Nigel Stevenson on 2023 budget
In his contribution to the budget debate, member of parliament for South Leeward Nigel Stevenson describes budget 2023 as a continuation of many previous volumes with a recurring decimal being brought forward from year to year.
Stevenson told parliament that budget 2023 offers little hope to the people of St.Vincent and the Grenadines, particularly the youth.
The opposition MP also labeled the budget as one of empty promises.
