Duke it out in DC - Level 1 Speedrun in 14.9s
First decent complete, definitely goes low 14 if you hit the door warp and pick up the steroids during the fall, probably 13.x tbh. Anyway my video is garbage so I won't submit. Trying new encoder settings since people weren't very happy with my NVENC recordings for certain games that need more quality, and I still haven't figured it out-- getting the lags :( Will be back for this one later
