Hello, and welcome to my channel. In this video we will talk about the main key feature of NextJS – the full stack capabilities.
So far we discussed about the file based routing and server side rendering,but now let’s talk about the full stack capabilities. NextJS makes it easy for front end developers to write back end code. Now beside having the front end code we are able to connect to a database and perform operations, Next JS makes it easy to add backend API into our react project, all of that using node js code.
Next JS allows to store data to database, reading data from database, adding authentication and so on into reactjs application. With this we are skipping the creation of another backend project. All of the code for Back end and front end are blended into the same project.
These are the key features that I wanted to point out. If you missed my previous videos about other key features you can always find on my channel.
In the next video we will talk about how to create NextJS project and IDE setup.
