1. You need latest iso image file for latest windows version which you can get at below link

2. After having iso windows 10 image download rufus application from filehippo link as below

3. After download , open rufus , insert usb to port and make partition scheme as "GPT" and target system as "UEFI (non csm)" and press start
4. After finishing the below now boot from usb and it will not show you the error
