Ingredients:
2 Cups Beef Tallow / Coconut Fat
2 Cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Instant or Old-Fashioned Oats (video shows 2 cups)
2 Cups Habañero Bird Seed (or other)
2 Cups Raisins (optional)
2 Cups Freeze-dried Mealworms
1/2 to 1 Cup Cornmeal or Flour
Directions:
Melt tallow/coconut fat and peanut butter on low heat
Add other ingredients and stir in thoroughly
Adjust Cornmeal or Flour to thicken if needed
Lay out saran wrap and parchment/wax paper in a flat baking dish
Cool / Freeze overnight
Cut into necessary sizes for feeder
