The residential area of Novaya Borovaya is strikingly different from everything that is in Minsk: diverse apartments, landscaping, closed courtyards, bike boxes, functional playgrounds and complexes.
The A-100 Development company began construction of the territory of the former airfield in 2014. The first houses began to be rented out in 2016. At that time, due to construction around and lack of infrastructure, living here was not easy. In 2020, everything looks completely different - a generally created and equipped living space in the form of a microdistrict with its own infrastructure. By the way, construction continues; final completion is planned for 2025. Structurally, the area is divided into blocks, the construction of which took place in stages. Among them are Kvartal Park, Kedrovy, FORrest, Sosnovy.
