The nature of masculinity is transactional — which means it comes at a price.
In exchange for the ability to forge the world around us, men are tasked as the keepers of truth, life and freedom.
It is a man’s divine burden to be the protector of his family, and his tribe.
Whether he’s prepared for it or not, conflict will eventually find him.
And when that day comes, he must FIGHT.
The only question is — can he fight?
Has he spent countless hours training his body to build himself into a formidable man, or has he remained weakened and softened by society?
Either way, he only has himself to blame.
Character, like a photograph, develops in the darkness.
And it isn’t suffering, but WILLFUL suffering that will separate the men from the boys.
The weakness a man sees when he stares in the mirror, is the dark alley he refuses to walk down.
It represents his inadequacies, and he must charge into that alley with reckless abandon.💯
